Eating for fertility or pregnancy does not have to be boring!

I am sure you will love these healthy chocolate bounty balls as much as I do. They are nutrient dense with superfoods, healthy fats, omega 3’s vitamins and minerals and will keep well for months in the freezer!
If you love Bounty bars, then you will adore these Choc Bounty Balls! Not only are they nutritious but they will also regulate your blood sugar levels in between meals when you are craving something sweet.
Makes 15 small balls

Ingredients:

1 Cup of desiccated coconut
2/3 cup of dates
1⁄2 cup of raw cashews
1⁄2 cup of sliced almonds
1 Tsp of chia seeds
4 Tbsp of cashew butter

2 Tbsp of raw cacao
1 Tbsp of coconut oil

Method:

1) In a food processor, blend the almonds, cashews and coconut for a minute or two until flour forms.

2) Then add the coconut oil, cashew butter ( make sure the cashew butter is soft at room temperature so it blends well), raw cacao and chopped dates and blend until the mixture is a sticky dough.

3) Roll the mixture into balls and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. They also store well in the freezer if you want them to last longer.
